Customer cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable because they secure advance supplier commitments. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility for other payments depends on timing and amounts recoverable from suppliers.

If we cancel a trip, customers may choose an available alternative or receive a refund of recoverable trip payments. Flights and third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
